These original sound frequencies were apparently used in Ancient Gregorian Chants, such as the great hymn to St. John the Baptist, along with others that church authorities say were lost centuries ago. The chants and their special tones were believed to impart tremendous spiritual blessings when sung in harmony during religious masses. These powerful frequencies were rediscovered by Dr. Joseph Puleo as described in the book Healing Codes for the Biological Apocalypse by Dr. Leonard Horowitz. I give honor to both of these gentleman for the part they've played in helping return these lost frequencies back to humanity.

In this description, we shall take man as our point of departure. As he lives on the earth, man at present consists of the physical body, the ether or life body, the astral body and the "I." This fourfold human nature has in itself the dispositions for a higher development. The "I" by its own initiative transforms the "lower" bodies, and thereby incorporates into them higher parts of human nature. The ennobling and purifying of the astral body by the "I" causes the development of the "spirit self" (Manas), the transformation of the ether or life body creates the life spirit (Buddhi), and the transformation of the physical body creates the true "spirit man" (Atma).

Each of us has a certain personality trait depending on which phase the moon was in at the time of birth. People born during certain lunar phases tend to share certain attributes with others born during this time. Knowing which phase you were born under can give you valuable insight into your character, emotions, behavior and motivation in life. Kefir is thick liquid dairy beverage containing carbonic acid (H2CO3) and ethyl alcohol (C2H5OH). This specific beverage originates from Kavkaz area. There are several types of kefir (e.g. milk and water kefir), but here we will look at the milk type of kefir with more details. Milk kefir is produced from cows, sheep's or goats milk through the fermentation of milk with kefir 'grains' (or culture). Kefir culture is symbiotic mixture of lactic acid bacteria, streptococcus, micrococcus and yeasts. During the fermentation process different aromatic substances and CO2 are produced. Kefir is rich with vitamin B, but also contains vitamin E. Optimum temperature for fermentation is 10°C to 25°C. This creamy beverage has sour taste.

A man by the name of Alexander Marshack, in the 1960's found a piece of bone near the headwaters of the Nile. The bone was close to 30,000 years old. But its age however, was not the most interesting feature. What made this bone particularly unusual is that it had at periodic intervals, notches carved into it as if to mark a sequence of time. He later found many other such markings on bones, antlers, stones and goddess figures, in Czechoslovakia, Russia, Spain and Italy.

After studying these numerous finds, Marshack was convinced that the lines were not made all at once as if to somehow decorate the object, but were made at different times as one would find with any crude calendar. His theory is that these objects were the first attempts at keeping a record of time, and that these markings were actually indications of lunar cycles.

This idea was quite shocking to his academic friends. For it implied a degree of mental sophistication on the part of our early ancestors, that no one had yet imagined. But then something else turned up, something that uncovered their eyes and pulled back the curtain. It is a solitary carving in rock about 17 inches high, discovered in France. Its age has been estimated between 24,000 to 20,000 years old. It is a female figure standing upright. She is holding elevated in her right hand a bison's horn - crescent-shaped like the New Moon. The horn is notched with thirteen lines.

These mysterious thirteen lines became the centre of much discussion. Eventually, they came to be understood to indicate either the thirteen days from the visible New Moon to the Full, or the thirteen New Moons of each yearly cycle.

According to Sumerian creation myth, Angels were known under the name of Anunnaki or Anannage (great sons of Anu), and they were the founders of their culture. An (Sumerian) or Anu (Akkadian) was the chief God of Sun and Sky, and his name means "The Shining One". Anunnaki were, according to this, "Suns of the Shining One" or "Suns of Light".

Group under the name of "Nephilim" or "Watchers" had a task to guard the Garden of Eden. But, as it is written in the Book of Enoch, they started to mix with indigenous people. Enoch was Noah’s grandfather, son of Jared (Genesis, 5:18).

It happened after the sons of men had multiplied in those days, that daughters were born to them, elegant and beautiful. And when the angels, the sons of heaven, beheld them, they became enamoured of them, saying to each other, Come, let us select for ourselves wives from the progeny of men, and let us beget children. Then their leader Samyaza said to them; I fear that you may perhaps be indisposed to the performance of this enterprise; And that I alone shall suffer for so grievous a crime. But they answered him and said; We all swear; And bind ourselves by mutual execrations, that we will not change our intention, but execute our projected undertaking. Then they swore all together, and all bound themselves by mutual execrations. Their whole number was two hundred, who descended upon Ardis, which is the top of mount Armon. That mountain therefore was called Armon, because they had sworn upon it, and bound themselves by mutual execrations. These are the names of their chiefs: Samyaza, who was their leader, Urakabarameel, Akibeel, Tamiel, Ramuel, Danel, Azkeel, Saraknyal, Asael, Armers, Batraal, Anane, Zavebe, Samsaveel, Ertael, Turel, Yomyael, Arazyal. These were the prefects of the two hundred angels, and the remainders were all with them.

These people were seen as Gods and it is certain that, because of outspread of snakes or snake symbolism all over the world, they were adepts also known by the name of "serpents" or "serpent people". Today we know about different "serpents" or "serpent cults" which are spreaded in the cultures all over the world had its origin in the knowledge and wisdom of the Shining ones.

"Serpent people" were called like this because of their usage of snakes for healing and reaching for higher state of consciousness. This is because the serpentine shape of the snake could be used as universal symbol which described hidden processes linked with the body (microcosmos) and Universe (macrocosmos).

Most of us today don't even ask ourselves, how come there are spontaneous "similarities" in our traditions, symbolism, beliefs and ideas all over the World. Facts that are speaking on the behalf of this are that today’s system of beliefs are almost the same all over the World. Apart from this, there are also similar monuments of early civilizations, like pyramidal structures in Egypt, South America, China etc. We must also mention highly sophisticated rituals, like the ones that were using red ochre which can be found all over the planet (South France, South Africa, Switzerland, North America, Turkey and many other). Age of bones that were found at the remains of this rituals, can be estimated around 46.000 BC. These rituals show that our ancestors understood cycles of life and death. This ritual was explained in details in the book "The Story of The Great Mother" so we will not go into details here. But, can we find in our mind the grain of belief that our monkey-like ancestor could have all that knowledge?

With just little bit of effort and will, woman and man can free herself/himself and change her or his life completely.
